Sliding doors lead directly out to the pool and sun deck. Comfortable twin sofas, armchair and an entertainment center including TV, DVD and audio system complete the living area.
The well-appointed kitchen includes all major appliances, electric stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with automatic ice maker and freezer. The kitchen area is extensively equipped for six people, and has a family washer and dryer located in a separate utility room. A formal dining area with seating for six people is situated next to the family room and a breakfast nook overlooking the pool has additional dining space for four people.
Master en-suite bedroom, has sliding doors leading to the swimming pool & gardens. Featuring a luxury "island style" king-size bed, overhead ceiling fans, wide-screen TV and walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has fully tiled step-in shower & separate Jacuzzi bath, two vanity units and separate toilet.
Guest en-suite bedroom 2, has rear garden views, fully carpeted, featuring queen-size bed, full dresser, TV and single closet. The en-suite bathroom has step-in shower, toilet and single vanity. Note: the guest en-suite bathroom also has connecting door to hallway and outside pool and deck area.

Marco Island offers so many attractions for visitors, from Rookery Bay to the Everglades National Park, a world heritage spot containing endangered species such as the Florida Panther and the West Indian Manatee. If you're ready for adventure Marco Island offers golf, beach-combing, boating, shelling and is a parasail and water-ski wonderland. The fishing is excellent, and there are plenty of spots to practice. The Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park offers fishing actually on the banks of the Cocohatchee River. There are numerous marinas and charter fishing operators on hand happy to arrange a relaxing day out on the water.
