Our home is located in a quiet, deed-restricted, residential area off County Line Road, the boundary between Pasco County and Hernando County, just off Highway 19 and 1 mile from Spring Hill.

We are close to excellent restaurants and shopping malls. There are many local amenities including cinemas and bowling alleys. We are a 10 minute drive to Pine Island, a small, private beach.

For the golf enthusiasts, there are many excellent golf courses nearby.

Sea fishing charters are also available nearby.

45 minute drive to Busch Gardens and Tampa Airport. Suncoast Parkway 10 minute drive.
Clearwater approximately 40 minute drive.

Approximately 90 minute drive to Orlando and Disney World.
