Our Luxury Florida Villa is a family owned holiday vacation villa, just minutes from Disney and many more Orlando area theme parks.
Our villa will accommodate up to 8 guests. It is fully equipped, fully furnished and air conditioned. Our villa has free wireless internet access for your laptop computer, voip phone or PDA/iPad. Free telephone calls to the USA & Canada.
Our villa has its own private heated screened south facing swimming pool with a partial covered lanai with mature landscaping , Palms trees, orange trees and hedges for your added privacy.
Our Luxury Florida Villa accommodation comprises of a Master bedroom with King bed, en-suite full bathroom, walk in closet, HD/TV, Roku Programming, Radio alarm clock & patio doors leading to the pool deck .
2 Guest bedrooms with Queen and Twin beds and closets, TV's and alarm clocks.
Second full bathroom shared by twin and queen guest rooms.
Guest Queen bedroom with closet, HD TV ,DVD and radio alarm clock.
The open living area has a wrap around leather sofas, 55" HD/TV with triple sliding patio doors leading to the pool area.
Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, breakfast bar and bar stools.
Breakfast nook with table in the kitchen area.
Utility room with full size washing machine and dryer.
The dining area includes a dining table with seating for up to 6 guests.
Our villa is provided with all linen and towels. Cots and high chairs are available at our villa with no extra charge.
Games room with a Pool table, Air Hockey, Foosball and a selection of games. We provide a Xbox One and PS/4 for your kids to use with a 50" TV.
Pool can be heated for an extra charge not normally required April to September.
Our management company will provide any help and support for you during your stay and are only a quick phone call away.
We do highly recommend Vacation Insurance from the date of booking.

Our beautiful self-catering villa is situated in Westridge, one of Orlando's most sought-after and prestigious communities in Orlando and is just 14 miles from Walt Disney World and other major attractions.
Our spacious 1,678 square ft holiday villa sleeps 8 and is available for rental year round. It is located on the Highway 27 and minutes from the I-4 and 192. Shops, Restaurants and Supermarkets are available nearby.
The estate boasts its own private 2000 sq ft clubhouse which has been designed with holiday makers in mind and is for the exclusive use of the owners and their guests. You can choose to host gatherings on the veranda for your friends or have a quick dip in the spacious swimming pool.
The clubhouse is complete with lounge, large screen TV's, reading room and other facilities perfect for entertaining your family and friends. There is also a volleyball court, tennis court, a kid's play area, a BBQ area and another swimming pool for your further enjoyment.
Our villa is accessible from all of the major airports. The driving time from Orlando International - 30 minutes, Sanford - 45 minutes, Tampa International - 90 minutes.
For the golf enthusiast there is a Links style 18-hole golf course (Champions Gate - designed by Greg Norman) just 10 minutes drive away.
Tennis courts are available just 15 minutes drive away at Orange Lake Country Club.
Our villa is just 15 minutes drive from Disney, Tampa is just 75 minutes away and the Gulf Coast is 90 minutes. Westridge provides easy access to Interstate 4, which will take you to Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center just 60 minutes away. The Orlando Airport is only 35 mins away, and the abundance of golf courses within easy reach. Southern Dune Golf & Country club is only 5 minutes away.
There is a 24 hour "Publix" Supermarket and Pharmacy only 5 mins away.

ALL RATES ARE FOR A 6 NIGHT STAY AND ARE INCLUSIVE OF UTILITY BILLS SUCH AS WATER/ELECTRICITY AND CARETAKER.
There will be a charge of UK £112 or US $140 Cleaning Fee for all stays. |
Reserving Your Required Dates we require our booking form and deposit of UK £239 or US $300 PER WEEK BOOKED we do hold dates for 7 days whilst awaiting your details , if those details are not received with-in this time then the dates are then opened up.
Balance Due - We request that Final payment be made within 8 weeks prior to check-in. If however you book within a few weeks of your departure we would therefore require full payment along with our Booking Form. |

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
You will receive directions prior to your arrival giving details of our Caretakers and Gate codes etc. You must arrive no earlier than 4:00 pm (EST) on your arrival date unless it has been arranged with our caretakers consent. DEPARTURE must be before 10:00 am (EST) and our home is left in the same standard as you arrived. If however damage is caused during your stay and is not reported then a deduction of the cost will be taken from your SECURITY DEPOSIT. |
