Everything you could want in a 'home from home' - the villa is our vacation home, not part of a rental business and as a result you will find everything you need including all towels, linen, beach towels and hair dryers. There is a TV in the master bedroom, ceiling fans in all rooms as well as the lanai and the fridge freezer dispenses ice cubes.

The large (28' x 14') pool is heated with a heat pump (included in the price) and is fitted with a (removeable) child safety barrier. The sizeable pool enclosure (50' x 22') and spacious lanai are ideal for outdoor living.

Our villa overlooks a golf course in a quiet residential area, away from the main tourist destinations (33 miles North of Tampa and 66 miles West of Orlando) - it is the ideal location for a quiet, relaxing holiday whilst still within easy driving distance of the main attractions. There is a large (28' x 14') heated swimming pool, a spacious, secluded lanai for outdoor living and an excellent beach just a 15 minute drive away. There are another 14 golf courses nearby - perfect for golf enthusiasts.

The international airport at Tampa is just 45 minutes away via the Suncoast Parkway, while the drive to Orlando takes 90 minutes. A wide variety of restaurants, shops and supermarkets can be found within a five or ten minute drive and Pine Island beach is only 15 minutes away. The whole area is wonderful for wildlife - sit on the lanai and watch the birds feeding or adventure further afield and see manatees in the wild, alligators and much more.

These rates INCLUDE pool heating. The cleaning charge is £125 (required for every booking). Florida Sales Tax is 6.5% and the Hernando Tourist Development tax is 5%. (We are required to collect these taxes from every booking.)

A returnable booking/security deposit of £150 is required at the time of booking with full payment to be received eight weeks before the rental start-date. The deposit will be refunded within six weeks of the return of the key at the end of your holiday.

Prices quoted are per night - the minimum booking is five nights. Please note we also accept payment in US$
