This excellent villa (redecorated summer(2021) has two good size bedrooms, both en-suite, and two lounges, in the second lounge(Ricks den) there is a queen size lazyboy sofa bed there is also a full size (queen) double blow up bed in the villa. The villa also has high speed internet and free wi-fi for our guests. There are four TVs in the villa, in the living room there is a 65 inch plasma with HDTV and ROKU T V with a sound bar, you can use your own netflix and prime t v and theres a BOSE music system with bluetooth playback system, also an iPod docking station to play your favourite music There is also a X box 360 games system with a sound bar in the second lounge with 40 games, also a CD music system, electronic dart board, chess set there is also a new electric Bar.B.Q. infrared grill in the screen room also the screen room is the only place you can smoke there is no smoking allowed in the main villa.The villa is ideally situated in a quiet area overlooking the old golf course, we also have access to a private swimming pool for our guests and can also arrange tennis. There are local bars and restaurants also available. Shops are within easy reach and most of the attractions are within 15-20 minutes. * SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT * Meadow woods golf course is now closed So please contact me for details regarding free and local golf rates (i will still offer free golf for my guests call for details) I now have access to a private pool for my guests to use as well, also I can arrange golf at four local courses with low green fees for my guests in the meantime. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but the golf club in no way affects the comfort and luxury of the villa.
